Control de las garantías . El Incomex ejercerá el control de las garantías constituidas y si se llegare a presentar incumplimiento de las obligaciones garantizadas, informará a los administradores de aduana respectivos, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes al incumplimiento, con el objeto de que procedan a hacerlas efectivas. El Incomex podrá suspender la aprobación de las solicitudes de importación, modificaciones, adiciones o aumentos del monto anual de importaciones autorizadas, hasta tanto las garantías no sean canceladas o prorrogadas.
