Constitución de garantías . Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en este Decreto, cuando las normas aduaneras exijan que determinada obligación deba ser respaldada con una garantía, el Director General de Aduanas, establecerá los plazos, modalidades, y demás condiciones en que deba otorgarse.
