Casos en que se exige probar el origen. Salvo lo dispuesto en convenios internacionales, la prueba documental del origen de las mercancías se exige respecto de aquellas que se declaran para consumo y cuyo origen determina la aplicación de derechos de importación preferenciales, o medidas económicas, o comerciales convencionales, o cualquier otra disposición de orden público o sanitario.
