Presentación de documentos por el transportador. Dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la salida de la mercancía para el exterior y con el objeto de comprobar si se embarcó la totalidad de lo declarado, las compañías transportadoras deberán presentar a la aduana por la cual se tramita la declaración los documentos de transporte. El administrador de aduana impondrá multa equivalente al cinco por ciento (5%) del valor de la mercancía cuando sin causa justa se obviare el cumplimiento de esta obligación.
