Desembarque accidental de pasajeros y carga . Cuando por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito. una nave o aeronave arribe a puerto o aeropuerto colombiano distintos del de su destino, las autoridades aduaneras permitirán el desembarque de los pasajeros y de la carga por cuenta y riesgo del responsable de la nave o aeronave, para su reembarque y reexpedición en el mismo o en otro medio de transporte. Esta actividad deberá cumplirse dentro del término prudencial que señale el respectivo administrador de aduana, vencido el cual se declarará el abandono de las mercancía. El transportador antes del retiro de las mercancías pagará los gastes de vigilancia y demás que se hubieren ocasionado.
