Definición . Es el despacho para consumo de mercancías con exención total o parcial de derechos de importación, siempre que se importen en determinadas condiciones y para fines específicos señalados en cada caso por la ley, tratado o contrato que otorgue la exención y con observancia de las normas del presente Capítulo.
