Procedimiento simplificarlo de importación-exportación . Los exportadores y los importadores de materias primas, insumos y repuestos bajo el régimen de perfeccionamiento activo en desarrollo de los sistemas especiales de importación-exportación, podrán acumular por períodos mensuales la presentación de las declaraciones correspondientes. El INCOMEX comunicará a la aduana, las mercancías de importación, los productos de exportación autorizados y la vigencia de las garantías.
