Exportación forzosa . Forzosamente habrá lugar a la exportación de las materias primas, insumos, productos intermedios o finales, bienes de capital y repuestos importados en desarrollo de las operaciones a que aluden los artículos 232 y 233 de este Decreto, si las licencias o registros no fueren aprobados. Sin¡ perjuicio de lo anterior, se podrán abandonar los bienes total o parcialmente a favor de la Nación.
