Transferencia de mercancía importada temporalmente . El declarante de una mercancía importada temporalmente podrá solicitar al Director General de Aduanas autorización para la transferencia de la misma. El nuevo responsable será considerado para todos los efectos como si se tratara del transferidor y deberá constitur nueva garantía en sustitución de la inicial.
