El régimen de admisión temporal termina: 1º Por reexportación de la mercancía en las condiciones previstas en la autorización. 2º Por introducción de la mercancía en zona franca o depósito de aduana. 3º Por declaración de la mercancía para despacho a consumo. 4º Por abandono voluntario de la mercancía a favor de la Nación, y 5º Por destrucción de la mercancía.
