Plazo de importación temporal . La importación temporal para las maquinarias, equipos y elementos contemplados en el artículo anterior, no podrá exceder de cincuenta (50) meses. Si se hubiere solicitado un plazo menor, el administrador de la aduana podrá prorrogar por una sola vez sin sobrepasar el plazo total. En este evento el declarante deberá cancelar los derechos de importación proporcionales al plazo de la prórroga concedida.
