Garantía. Quien solicite este régimen deberá constituir garantía por el monto de los derechos de importación que se cobrarían si la mercancía fuese destinada para consumo. Cuando la importación temporal de la mercancía cause derechos de importación parcial, el monto de la garantía será equivalente a la diferencia entre los derechos que ocasionaría si fuere destinada para consumo y los causados por la importación temporal.
