Efectividad de la garantía . Si antes de finalizar el régimen la aduana determina que los bienes importados para su transformación no se encuentran en poder del declarante. se hará efectiva la garantía hasta por el valor de los derechos de importación de las mercancías que falte, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales a que hubiere lugar.
