Control. Las operaciones de transformación o ensamble deberán realizarse en los depósitos aduaneros autorizados para el efecto por el Director General de Aduanas. Las empresas que utilicen este régimen llevarán estricto control de las materias primas que ingresen para ser transformadas y de los productos finales obtenidos: unas y otros podrán ser inspeccionados por la autoridad aduanera, en cualquier tiempo.
