Norma sobre tripulantes . El Gobierno Nacional señalará los artículos, cantidades y valores que puedan traer los tripulantes de los medios de transporte que lleguen al país y su periodicidad. Estos bienes causarán los respectivos derechos de importación y estarán sujetos a las instrucciones que imparta el Director General de Aduanas.
