Término de permanencia y cantidades permitidas . Corresponde al Gobierno Nacional fijar el término de permanencia para gozar de este régimen, la periodicidad de los viajes, y los artículos que como equipaje y efectos personales pueden traer los viajeros. Las cantidades que sobrepasen los límites fijados por el Gobierno Nacional se decomisarán administrativamente.
