Declaración de envíos urgentes que constituyan importación menor . Para los envíos urgentes que constituyan importación menor los administradores de aduana podrán aceptar la declaración verbal del interesado, de la cual se levantará acta; empero, el declarante deberá presentar la factura comercial y el documento de transporte si lo hubiere. Estos documentos servirán de base para liquidar los derechos de importación.
