Suspensión de entrega . Cuando el declarante no presente la declaración con sus anexos, dentro de los plazos previstos en el artículo anterior, el administrador de la aduana suspenderá la entrega de repuestos bajo este procedimiento al responsable por períodos hasta de un año, sin perjuicio de que se hagan efectivas las garantías correspondientes, y lo hará saber a la Dirección General para que por este conducto se notifique la suspensión a las demás administraciones.
