Despacho para consumo . Las mercancías llegadas como envíos de socorro que después de cumplir con el fin para el cual fueron importadas tuvieren valor comercial, podrán ser despachadas para consumo previa presentación de la declaración con los documentos anexos exigidos legalmente y el pago de los derechos a que hubiere lugar.
