Admisión de donativos . Los envíos de socorro que constituyan donativos a entidades públicas o a organismos de beneficencia acreditados e inscritos ante la Dirección General de Aduanas, destinados al restablecimiento de la normalidad o a la distribución gratuita entre los damnificados de una catástrofe o siniestro, serán admitidos sin restricción alguna.
