Son aquellas mercancías cuyo despacho por las aduanas debe ser preferencial y rápido en razón a su naturaleza, o porque responden a la satisfacción de una necesidad apremiante debidamente justificada. Envíos de socorro. Son los relativos a mercancías que ingresan al país como auxilio para damnificados por catástrofes o siniestros.
