Devolución de depósitos por destrucción . Cuando las mercancías declaradas en el régimen de despacho para consumo se destruyan total o parcialmente como consecuencia de caso fortuito o fuerza mayor ocurridos antes de la concesión del levante, le serán devueltos al interesado los depósitos provisionales que se hubieren constituido sobre las mercancías destruidas.
