Deberes de los aforadores . 1º Reconocer y clasificar la mercancía de acuerdo con el Arancel, estableciendo su posición, gravamen, régimen y valor. 2º Cerciorarse de la declaración correcta de la mercancía. 3º Clasificar y describir plenamente las mercancías de tal suerte que se facilite su posterior identificación, indicando los derechos o gravámenes aplicables. 4º Anotar en la declaración las diferencias que encuentre entre la mercancía declarada y la efectivamente reconocida.
