Reconocimiento de mercancías averiadas, deterioradas o perdidas parcialmente . La avería de mercancías, su deterioro o pérdida parcial detectados en el acto de reconocimiento serán avaluados por el aforador quien dejará constancia de tales novedades y de sus posibles causas. Los derechos de importación aplicables se rebajarán en proporción a la avería, el deterioro o la pérdida parcial.
