Alcance del reconocimiento . El funcionario que efectúe el reconocimiento determinará los bultos que deben abrirse y las mercancías que deban examinarse en cantidad que en ningún caso podrá ser inferior al diez por ciento (10%) de las relacionadas en cada declaración. No obstante el administrador de la aduana podrá ordenar el examen de la totalidad de la mercancía declarada.
