Plazo para la presentación de la declaración . Cuando la mercancía se importe a través de un depósito temporal, la declaración deberá presentarse dentro de los veinte (20) días calendario siguientes a su ingreso. Si se trata de mercancía almacenada en depósito de aduana la declaración deberá presentarse a más tardar quince (15) días calendario antes de cumplirse el término de abandono.
