Declaración . Antes de que se carguen en la nave o aeronave las mercancías que van a ser transportadas bajo el régimen de cabotaje, el transportador presentará a las autoridades aduaneras una declaración que contenga los datos relativos el medio de transporte, la lista de las mercancías, identificándolas por su embalaje, peso, marca y número, y los nombres de los puertos o aeropuertos de cargue o descargue.
