Transporte en unidades no precintables . Cuando se transporten mercancías en unidades de carga no precintables; las autoridades aduaneras establecerán las condiciones de seguridad necesarias para realizar el tránsito aduanero, como comprobación de las mercancías, toma de muestras, planos, dibujos y demás medidas que se indiquen expresamente en la declaración. Además podrá exigirse que el transporte se realice bajo escolta aduanera.
