Procedimiento en caso de remate de mercancías . Las zonas francas podrán disponer el remate de mercancías almacenadas en sus predios cuando se incurra en las causales señalas en sus reglamentos. Tratándose de mercancías que vayan a ser despachadas para consumo, la zona franca podrá diligenciar con anterioridad al remate, la licencia o registro de conformidad con las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
