Retiro transitorio de maquinaria y equipos . La zona franca o las empresas instaladas en ella podrán efectuar retiros transitorios de maquinarias y equipos que no estén en libre circulación para su revisión, mantenimiento o reparación dentro del territorio aduanero, previa autorización del administrador de la aduana y constitución de una garantía por el valor de los derechos de importación.
