Mercancías que pueden ser introducidas . A las zonas francas podrá introducirse, sin el pago de los derechos de importación, toda clase de mercancías, materias primas, insumos o productos semielaborados, maquinaria y equipo extranjero o en libre circulación, así como aquellos bienes que se hayan beneficiado de un régimen suspensivo o de perfeccionamiento. Se exceptúan las mercancías respecto de las cuales exista prohibición expresa por parte del Gobierno Nacional.
