Operaciones permitidas . Los bienes introducidos en las zonas francas industriales deberán ser sometidos a las operaciones de perfeccionamiento autorizadas para su posterior exportación, reexportación o introducción al territorio aduanero. Excepcionalmente, y por causas justificadas, previa certificación de la zona franca, el administrador de la aduana podrá permitir la introducción al territorio aduanero de los bienes en el mismo estado en que fueron internados. En este último caso se exigirá licencia o registro de importación si los bienes fueren extranjeros.
