Plazo de permanencia en depósitos de transformación y ensamble . El Director General de Aduanas al autorizar la creación de un depósito para transformación y ensamble, determinará el plazo durante el cual pueden permanecer los elementos importados dentro del depósito sin haberse presentado la correspondiente declaración a efecto de considerarlos abandonados a favor de la Nación. Para la determinación del plazo se deberá tener en cuenta la naturaleza del proceso productivo.
