Plazo de abandono en los depósitos comerciales de aduana . Las mercancías no podrán permanecer en los depósitos comerciales más de seis (6) meses contados a partir de su llegada al país sin que se hubiere presentado la declaración para despacho. Transcurrido este término se declarará el abandono legal.
