Remate de mercancía . La mercancía no rescatada será trasladada a los depósitos del Fondo Rotatorio de Aduanas o a quien haga sus veces para efectos del remate. De su producto, descontados los costos del remate, se pagarán en su orden fletes, bodegajes y demás gastos de transporte. No habrá lugar al pago de las tarifas de bodegajes para los depósitos administrados por particulares cuando no se hubiere comunicado oportunamente la llegada del plazo legal de abandono.
