Rescate de mercancía . La mercancía abandonada sólo podrá ser rescatada por el interesado antes de la ejecutoria de la providencia respectiva y la declaración debe ir acompañada del comprobante del depósito de los derechos, multas, recargos, bodegajes, la constancia del pago de los fletes y demás gastos a que hubiere lugar.
