Irregularidades en los depósitos . Las irregularidades en la administración o en el mantenimiento de las condiciones exigidas para el funcionamiento de los depósitos, o la falta de comunicación oportuna del vencimiento del plazo legal de almacenamiento y de la avería o extravío darán lugar a la suspensión hasta por seis (6) meses o cancelación del permiso de habilitación según la gravedad de la irregularidad, que impondrá el Director General de Aduanas.
