Control de la aduana . La aduana podrá verificar la exactitud de la declaración mediante la inspección de las provisiones de a bordo. Así mismo podrá disponer que aquellas que no presenten a juicio de la aduana seguridades satisfactorias, sean precintadas o almacenadas bajo control aduanero.
