Control de la aduana . Las mercancías introducidas en el territorio aduanero serán sometidas al control de la aduana, estén o no sujetas al pago de derechos de importación. El transportador deberá entregar las mercancías a la aduana dentro de los dos días hábiles siguientes a la llegada del medio de transporte. La demora en su entrega ocasionará multa del 0.5% del valor FOB de la mercancía por cada día de retardo, sin que exceda de un 10%, que impondrá el administrador.
