Lugar de arribo . Salvo excepciones legales, todo medio de transporte procedente del exterior que arribe a la República deberá hacerlo por los lugares habilitados en donde se encuentre establecida una aduana, si es del caso, por las rutas señaladas al efecto. El administrador de aduana, dentro de su respectiva jurisdicción, podrá autorizar la entrada o salida de medios de transporte por lugares en donde no existan aduanas o en días y horas no laborables.
