Control de sellos. Los sellos que se utilicen en la presentación y aceptación de la declaración, reconocimiento de mercancías, liquidación de derechos de importación o exportación, entrega de mercancías, autorización de regímenes, aduaneros o cualquier otro que se estampe sobre la declaración de mercancías o certificaciones que sé expidan acerca de las mismas, serán suministrados por la Dirección General de Aduanas, y el funcionario a quien se le entreguen responderá por su uso y custodia.
