Prestación de servicios extraordinarios . Cuando el declarante solicite servicios de recibo del medio de transporte, de reconocimiento de mercancías, de entrega de éstas en días o en horas no laborables o de vigilancia aduanera especial; o cuando estas diligencias deban cumplirse fuera de los locales o bodegas oficiales, sufragará los castos que tales servicios ocasionen conforme a las normas y tarifas que regulan la materia.
