Decreto 2666 de 1984 · Por el cual se revisa parcialmente la legislación aduanera

º Extinción de la obligación aduanera . La oblición tributaria aduanera se extingue por: 1º El pago de lo debido. 2º La compensación. 3º La ejecutoria de la resolución que declara el abandono legal o voluntario de la mercancía. 4º La prescripción. 5º El decomiso administrativo de la mercancía.

Parágrafo

La acción para el cobro de los derechos de importación o de exportación prescribirá en cinco (5) años contados a partir del nacimiento de la obligación.
