º Las investigaciones por las faltas a que se refiere este Decreto serán adelantadas por los funcionarios de la Procuraduría General de la Nación que designe el Procurador, con aplicación del procedimiento señalado en la Ley 25 de 1974 y en el Decreto reglamentario 3404 de 1983. Los términos previstos en dichas disposiciones se reducirán a la mitad.
