º Sin perjuicio de la sanción penal a que haya lugar, los Gobernadores y Alcaldes que incurran en cualquiera de las faltas especiales previstas en el artículo 14 de la Ley 4ª de 1991 se harán acreedores a la suspensión en el ejercicio del cargo hasta por sesenta días calendario o a la destitución del mismo, según la gravedad de la falta.
