ARTICULO 1 o. Ambito de aplicación. El sistema de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de cargos que se establece en el presente Decreto, rige para los funcionarios de la tributación que desempeñan los empleos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales.
