Artículo primero. Créase en el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, a partir del 15 de diciembre del presente año, la Inspección de Petróleos de Cantagalio, cuyas funciones serán las de inspeccionar, vigilar y fiscalizar la explotación de hidrocarburos en la forma ya establecida por el Gobierno, tan pronto como se inicie la producción en dicho lugar;
