Tendrán acceso al subsidio otorgado por la subcuenta de subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, las personas que dejaron de ser madres sustitutas que no reúnan los requisitos para tener una pensión y cumplan las siguientes condiciones

Ser colombiano.

Tener como mínimo 57 años de edad si es mujer o 62 años de edad si es hombre.

Residir durante los últimos diez años en el territorio nacional.

Acreditar la condición de retiro como madre sustituta de la modalidad de hogares sustitutos del Bienestar Familiar.
