Los recursos del Presupuesto General de la Nación para constituir el Fondo Nacional de Salud de las personas privadas de la libertad de que trata el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 66 de la Ley 1709 de 2014, previstos en la Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios USPEC, podrán ser ejecutados a través de la Dirección de Administración de Fondos de la Protección Social del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o quien haga sus veces, mediante convenio suscrito por las dos entidades.
