Los recursos de que disponga a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto el Patrimonio Autónomo de Remanentes de la extinta CAJANAL S.A. EPS serán girados a la Subcuenta de Solidaridad del FOSYGA y se destinarán a la financiación de las Unidades de Pago por Capitación del Régimen Subsidiado de Salud.
